I joined the Lion Racing Team of the Technical University Braunschweig in 2008 for the LR09. Supporting the Build of the Race-car for the 2009 Season.
In 2009 I volunteered to lead the module chassis for the 2010 Season.
We analysed the Pros and Cons of the chassis of previous years and optimised the 25CrMo4 tubular space frame with hollow nodes. Focus was to create a better handling for the driver and also to fit the driver better, while keeping the weight low.
We competed at the Formula Student Germany event and became overall 14th place.
